About your Electoral District Association (EDA)

The agenda will include a report on the state of the EDA from Derrick Camphorst, President of the Riding Association, presentation of financial statements, election of board members, executive and other business as required.

Please be reminded of the following:
1. You must have been a member in good standing of the Conservative Party for at least 21 days prior to the AGM.
2. Ensure that you have enough free time to discharge the responsibilities for which you volunteer, (at minimum – Every Director will be expected to attend all Board meetings and will be expected to participate on at least one committee or sub-committee on a regular basis.
3. Since the Riding is geographically extensive, it is strongly suggested that each Director should have access to e-mail/internet for the purpose of information sharing.
